Certy - Account Deletion Request
To delete your Certy account, fill out this form. You must request an OTP and verify it before submitting the form.
Verification &Timeline
Once your request is verified, your account and associated data will be deleted within 30 days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
All user-provided data and inputs
All user-uploaded & generated files, including images and certificate PDFs
Personal information stored in our database
Stripe customer data (name, email, metadata)
Subscription information (subscription will be canceled automatically, without refund, per our Terms)
Data That Will Be Retained (as required by UK financial regulations)
Invoice records (kept for 6 years for accounting and tax purposes)
Anonymized internal identifiers necessary to preserve invoice history
All retained data is anonymized and no longer personally identifiable.
Confirmation
After deletion is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
